RAW Capital Partners appoints chief marketing officer

RAW Capital Partners has appointed Peter Grange (pictured) as chief marketing officer as the company gears up for major growth in the coming years.

The Guernsey-based investment management firm, through its RAW Mortgage Fund, provides specialist mortgages to foreign nationals and UK expats looking to invest in UK buy-to-let property, as well as mortgages for Channel Islanders.

The fund has a nine-year track record of providing investors up to 8.75% floating annualised returns.

Grange has 25 years’ experience working for financial services firms, and recently returned to Guernsey after two years in London where he worked as head of marketing at Shojin.

Prior to that, Grange was the founder and chief executive officer of a creative agency called Oi, which had over 45 staff across four locations – Guernsey, Jersey, UK, and Philippines.

Ben Nichols, interim managing director of RAW Capital Partners, said: “We’re delighted that Peter has joined the team at RAW Capital Partners and we’re looking forward to benefitting from his expertise and experience as we continue to grow our business.”

Grange added: “I love everything about RAW Capital Partners – their vision, mission, values, energy, ambition, innovative culture, products, services and environmental, social and governance (ESG) policy.

“I’m excited to have joined this rapidly growing business and am keen to contribute to the growth of the brand, raising awareness of the RAW Capital Partners offering among investors, brokers and borrowers internationally.”
