​Coreco’s customers to benefit from Hometrack’s Property Valuation Reports

Hometrack, the provider of insight, valuation and automation to the UK mortgage market, has on-boarded Coreco, the award-winning mortgage broker, as the latest customer to use its Property Valuation Reports [PVRs].

Hometrack’s PVRs will ensure that Coreco’s brokers are equipped with a high-impact report packed full of relevant information, received in a timely manner, which will help them to best advise their client base and cater to their individual needs.

Providing a detailed residential property report, which includes a valuation from Hometrack’s market leading Automated Valuation Model (AVM), local market trends, comparable properties and recent market sales, Hometrack’s PVRs drive accuracy and efficiency for brokers across the industry.
