Home setup service Just Move In has partnered with Yourkeys, the sales platform for housebuilders and estate agents and part of Zoopla, giving property buyers a hassle-free and streamlined process from the moment they reserve a new build home to picking up the keys for the first time.
House builders who work with Yourkeys will be able to provide the complimentary Home Setup Service from Just Move In, which takes care of all buyers’ arduous admin tasks that come with moving home.
This includes notifying the council and energy companies about the move, arranging removals, updating their TV licence and recommending great value broadband, mobile, and media deals.
Yourkeys’ automated system streamlines the sales process for developers from initial reservations all the way through to completions. Management is expedited through the company’s ‘Traccelerator’ progress tracking tools, documentation is completed through the Yourkeys interface, and developers’ workflow is automatically integrated with conveyancers and mortgage brokers to accelerate the time to exchange, and improve customer satisfaction as a result.
Just Move In has already established relationships with several leading estate agents and letting agents, but this is a slightly different partnership for the company. Working with Yourkeys enables the Bournemouth-based B Corp to move new-build purchasers directly, whoever their estate agent might be.
