LMS has launched an enhanced version of its Select product which refines the way brokers quote and instruct through its platform.
The conveyancer and panel management firm said its upgraded service offers access to its law firm panel through an easy-to-navigate dashboard, which can be tailored to individual requirements to help brokers find the best conveyancers for clients.
It added that this will boost capacity for brokers and conveyancers, while reducing administration and query times.
The platform adopts a marketplace pricing model, where law firms set their own pricing, reflecting complicated cases. Brokers receive real-time quotes with pricing breakdowns from law firms, allowing them to decide on instructions.
The firm also has a partnership with cloud-based insurance firm Unisure, which allows brokers to also issue general insurance instructions on the system.
