MPowered Mortgages has launched its new ECO EPC product range, which offers a 0.10% discount on rates for all properties with an EPC rating of A, B, or C.
The new ECO EPC discount is available across the range of 2-, 5-, and 7-year fixed-rate products (excluding HMO). Initial rates start from 2.74% on the 2-year fixed range, 2.84% on the 5-year fixed range, and 2.94% on the 7-year fixed range.
For a limited time only, MPowered Mortgages is also offering free valuations across the entirety of its new ECO EPC range.
