OSB Group has appointed both Adrian Moloney and Roger Morris to new senior intermediary leadership roles with immediate effect.
Moloney has been appointed to group intermediary director which brings the Precise Mortgages, Kent Reliance for Intermediaries and InterBay Commercial brands together under a single, unified intermediary sales leadership.
Morris has been appointed to a newly created role as group lending engagement director, where his unparalleled industry experience will be utilised to identify and provide key engagement opportunities with intermediaries and sponsor the delivery against these expectations.
Both continue to report to Jon Hall (pictured), group managing director, mortgages who commented, “To maintain OSB’s leading position in the competitive specialist lending market, it’s crucial that we have a dedicated focus on coordinated sales management whilst continuously improving the experience of the Group’s intermediaries.
