Specialist lender, Bluestone Mortgages, has launched a fees free product range.
Fees free will be available across all of the lender’s standard residential, Right to Buy, Help to Buy and buy-to-let product ranges.
The product range benefits from no application, valuation or arrangement fee.
Rates start from 4.65% with a maximum LTV of 85%, and will be available on a 2-, 3- and 5-year fix as well as variable rates.

“We know that there’s a rapidly growing cohort of disenfranchised customers struggling to keep up with rising costs and this product will give these customers the flexibility and opportunity to climb onto or up the property ladder without the worry of added costs.”
