The Financial Intermediary & Broker Association’s (FIBA) has confirmed bridging lender Market Financial Solutions (MFS) as the lead sponsor of its 2022 Annual Conference at the Mortgage Business Expo (MBE) in Manchester.
Scheduled for 22 March 2022, the conference will be a full-day event comprising keynote speeches and panel discussions focussed on bridging and development finance, buy-to-let and commercial mortgages. Several of FIBA’s lender partners will also be exhibiting as part of the conference.
The event marks FIBA’s fourth anniversary and, during the conference, the specialist property finance trade body will be announcing its future planning strategy and launching a number of enhancements in partnership with its sister company, SimplyBiz Mortgages.
The event is open to all professionals and businesses from across the country involved in the specialist property finance sector. It will also be an opportunity for the wider industry to reflect on the experiences of 2021, key lessons learned and what 2022 is likely to have in store for lenders, brokers, solicitors, valuers and property investors.
