Five weeks into the new year and already SortRefer are celebrating their most monumental record business days since establishment.
As SortRefer approach their 13th birthday in April 2022, the online portal for Mortgage intermediaries is set to have its busiest year in terms of business – yet.
The company have already achieved ‘best ever’ business days 6 times in these first few weeks of 2022 – a new record! Plus, they have already launched two new products to their online portfolio.
The company have seen 50% increase on all instructions when comparing their best business day in January 2021 to January 2022, plus a 50% increase in their Conveyancing instructions in the same period.
On top of their outstanding best business day figures, SortRefer have achieved record number of new instructions and completions in business when comparing January 2021 and January 2022:
Conveyancing Instructions – 48% increase
All product instructions – 44% increase
Conveyancing completions – 10% increase
All product completions – 10% increase
SortRefer are also delighted to announce the launch of their latest new products for their clients to use for their conveyancing needs; Click & Quote Specialist Property Reports and Lease Extensions – now available for instructions from their portal.
Other exciting things are on the horizon for the company, with office renovations taking form, an upcoming re-brand transformation and more new products; the company’s 13th year of business, looks far from unlucky, with special thanks to their intermediary clients and the strong rapport with their suppliers.
