TMA Club has added CHL Mortgages to its lender panel, as it continues to strengthen its proposition for brokers with buy-to-let clients.
Through the partnership, Directly Authorised (DA) brokers who are members of TMA will have access to CHL Mortgages’ range of specialist buy-to-let solutions, enabling them to better support customers in need of these products.
CHL Mortgages offers solutions suitable for first-time landlords right through to experienced clients with portfolios.
The company lends to a wide range of individuals and Limited Companies across houses, flats, shared accommodation, new builds, houses of multiple occupancies (HMO) and multi-unit freehold blocks.
Additional highlights of the partnership for TMA brokers with Buy-to-Let clients include:
- A flexible underwriting approach, with no maximum number of properties in a portfolio
- Generous stress rates – from 125% at pay rate across all five-year products
