In a rapidly evolving mortgage market it is vital that lenders work even closer with brokers to ensure that they can meet the increasingly complex needs of their clients.
Demonstrating the lenders commitment to its relationships with Clubs, Network Specialist distributors, and new build specialists, the approach will work across Vida’s product development, marketing, sales and service teams to deliver a market leading specialist proposition.
Vida is determined to strengthen relationships with its key partners and their clients to ensure that it offers a seamless customer journey to meet the needs of brokers and their clients.
To further support brokers, Vida has launched a key account manager (KAM) finder, which allows brokers to get to know the KAM in their area and contact them directly.
