The independent mortgage broker was founded a decade ago by Adrian Anderson, who has just appeared in the highly regarded Spears 500 Guide for the second time, as a recommended property finance adviser and an expert on mortgages.
Anderson has led the team from the outset, building the company’s reputation based on meticulous attention to detail when it comes to clients’ requirements.
He has balanced that with a large network of contacts, including private banks, high-street institutions and specialist lenders, as well as in equity release providers.
