The Property Advantage, a UK-wide property selling agent that specialises in tenanted HMOs, has launched their first in-person education and training event over two days, May 12-13th 2022.
The event, which is aimed at providing investors with increased knowledge and advice when it comes to preparing their HMOs for sale, will have an array of guest speakers, case studies, and content and represents an exciting new change for The Property Advantage where they are seeking to educate their potential client-base with the skills and tools required to successfully flip or sell HMOs.
Director, and event host, Richard Nicholls, said: “The content for this course has been building up over numerous years of successfully selling HMOs on behalf of landlords and developers and it’s apparent that the same issues or mistakes come up over and over again with our sellers or their properties.
“This event is aimed at giving out the knowledge and advice in advance so HMO landlords can plan better and bring higher quality HMOs to the market which, of course, will make them more saleable and valuable”
