Homesearch expands into Scotland

Property data and estate agent prospecting platform, Homesearch, has today launched in Scotland to help agents there win more instructions and drive business growth.

Homesearch’s expansion north of the border is a result of it expanding and enriching its big data capabilities and local expertise within Scotland, as it looks to partner with small local independent agents through to major national players.

Building on its strong track record, Homesearch now provides the most comprehensive information on every home in Scotland and all the tools needed for Scottish agents to stay ahead of the competition.

The platform is a vital solution for agents to help tackle the chronic shortage of sellable housing stock across the UK, with 29 buyers on average competing for every one property on the market.

Agents currently using Homesearch see an average 1,100% return on investment (ROI) through using the platform, with the proptech business well on course to increase that ROI to 1,500% by the end of the year.

Giles Ellwood, Homesearch CEO, said “We’ve been continually asked by many agents in Scotland to expand north of the border, so it’s fantastic news that we now have the data capabilities and technical expertise to do just that.

“It’s rewarding to see that data can now sit at the very heart of an agent’s prospecting, marketing, and customer service in Scotland – with the ultimate aim of winning significantly more instructions and creating happy clients. This feels like a major milestone for both our business and for agents in Scotland who can now drive tangible business growth by harnessing the full capabilities of our platform.”

Homesearch enables estate agents to find, win and convert more instructions and is the go-to prospecting solution for established market leaders such as Knight Frank, Hamptons, Kinleigh Folkard & Hayward and over 1,000 independent agents.
