Impact Specialist Finance, the specialist packager and distributor, has partnered with conveyancing portal, Movin Legal, to help its brokers find the right legal partner to help their clients complete on a wide range of specialist finance property purchases.
Impact also provides a Referral Service to brokers, as there may be occasions where, for a variety of reasons, brokers may wish to pass the customer over to impact.
For example, where a case is highly complex and you don’t have the relevant permissions. Referrals can be accepted for both regulated and non-regulated cases across bridging, specialist lending, buy-to-let and commercial.
