Clydesdale Bank has launched a number of new 65% loan-to-value 2- and 5-year fixes for existing customers.
The Clydesdale now offers a 2-year fix with a £999 fee at 2.70% or fee free at 2.89%. Its 65% LTV 5-year fixed rate with £999 fee is priced at 2.75% or fee free at 2.94%.
Yesterday Clydesdale made changes to the rates across some of its products. This saw 75% – 95% LTV 2- and 5-year fixed rates increased by up to 0.26%.
Selected buy-to-let 60% – 75% LTV 2- and 5-year fixed rates were also increased by up to 0.15%.
Clydesdale’s Standard Variable Rate is now 5.24%, its Offset Variable Rate is now 5.45% and its Offset Variable Investment Housing Loan Rate is now 5.85%.
