Shojin launches joint venture in Israel

Shojin, an FCA-regulated online real estate investment platform, has formed a partnership with Israeli-based investment platform, Realty Bundles.

The joint venture marks another milestone for Shojin’s expansion plans as it lowers the barriers to entry for investors looking to invest in institutional-grade real estate globally, with Australia and South Africa likely to follow shortly.

Shojin has offices in London, Hong Kong, and East Africa, as well as joint venture partnerships with real estate investment platforms in India and Dubai.

Realty Bundles is an investment platform in Israel offering investments in private real estate funds called ‘property bundles’ instead of specific properties, which help investors build a diversified property portfolio and reduce exposure to risk.

It connects investors, big and small, with selected agencies from around the world who offer exclusive property bundles through their use-friendly platform designed to maximise success by minimising risk and removing the hassle of the investment process altogether.

The new partnership will boost the investment firepower at Shojin’s disposal, as the company originates an increasing number of exciting UK development projects requiring funds. Investors using Realty Bundle’s platform will be able to back Shojin’s UK real estate investment opportunities.

Shojin recently completed its first overseas investment in Penang, Malaysia, known as the ‘Silicon Valley of the East’, where it raised over £850,000 for a luxury 20-apartment development.

Jatin Ondhia (pictured), CEO of Shojin, said: “We already know that the online real estate market is set to boom over the coming years, and this partnership with Realty Bundles in Israel will ensure that Shojin remains at the forefront.

“There is a great deal of existing and growing middle market wealth in Europe. The next generation of investors are looking for transparency, competitive returns, and a tech-enabled experience, which is what online property investment offers.

“We look forward to working together towards the common goal of unlocking lucrative real estate opportunities for mass affluent investors and helping to spread wealth globally.”

Noam Amram, CEO, Realty Bundles, added: “The key to Realty Bundles success is to have good relations and strong partnerships with reliable partners like Shojin. The expertise and professionalism they bring is exactly what we are looking for and within the interest of our investors. I look forward to our collaboration on both a personal and professional level.”

Shojin is an FCA-regulated online real estate investment platform enabling mass affluent and high net worth investors across the globe to invest in institutional-grade real estate developments and make superior returns.
