Assetz Capital has appointed Simon Quin (pictured) as a relationship director in Scotland
Quin will be primarily covering the Glasgow area, while also being available to businesses in the rest of Scotland and the North of England.
He has spent the past decade at Lloyds, in a variety of roles including head of regional sales, head of small- and medium-sized enterprise (SME) trade, and relationship director.
He said: “I’m really excited to be joining Assetz Capital at this time of growth.
“I’m most looking forward to supporting property professionals through our ‘real world lending’ approach. I’m keen to speak to property investors and landlords that are looking to expand and grow, as that is where my expertise lies. I can’t wait to get started.”
