eConveyancer wins new contracts with TMA, Just Mortgages, Wesleyan Financial Services and L&C

eConveyancer has won new contracts with TMA Club, Just Mortgages, Wesleyan Financial Services and L&C Mortgages.

The partnership with TMA Club gives Directly Authorised (DA) club members access to eConveyancer’s platform and a panel of over 70 audited and benchmarked conveyancing firms.

The TMA Club will utilise other features on the eConveyancer platform including DigitalMove, which brings together key stakeholders in the homebuying and selling process in a digital journey that improves communication and reduces transaction times.

Also included is Rapid Remortgage, which has been designed to make remortgaging just as quick and convenient as a product transfer.

Just Mortgages, facilitated by Openwork Conveyancing, will have access to the full breadth of the benefits offered by eConveyancer’s platform.

Just Mortgages is one of the largest mortgage brokerages in the UK with more than 580 mortgage advisers working on either an employed or self-employed basis.

The agreement with Wesleyan gives advisers access to eConveyancer’s panel. Wesleyan, which will also have access to the wider platform services, offers specialist advice for clients working as hospital doctors, dentists, GPs and teachers.

Finally, eConveyancer has launched a new software integration with L&C Mortgages which will see the firm, use its platform to provide improved flexibility when managing its conveyancing relationships and capacity.

The integration will enable L&C to instruct approved conveyancers from eConveyancer’s bespoke panel of conveyancing firms from within their existing systems.

Karen Rodrigues (pictured), sales director at eConveyancer, said: “We are delighted with the succession of new client wins – highlighting the strength of our brand and proposition.

“Conveyancing is such an important part of the mortgage process and can play a crucial role in a client’s experience, which is why we are continuing to invest in the ongoing development of eConveyancer and cutting edge services like DigitalMove and Rapid remortgage.

“We also take a rigorous approach to upholding the quality of the eConveyancer panel, which is closely monitored to ensure unwavering high standards.

“We are delighted with the growing traction and look forward to simplifying and speeding up the conveyancing process for a growing audience.”
