Hiren Depala (pictured) has joined Black Book Finance as a real estate specialist, focused on bridging, commercial, forward-funding, equity, joint venture structures and development finance advisory.
Depala brings over 10 years’ experience in property finance, having previously worked at Lloyds Banking Group and Ideal4Finance amongst others.
He is a highly experienced debt advisor, with expertise in funding complex property and development transactions.
