CrowdProperty has appointed Martin Bray (pictured) as an associate as it continues to invest further in its property team.
In his new role Bray has been tasked with heading up CrowdProperty’s team of surveyors.
He was previously senior quantity surveyor for main contractor Stepnell, where he last worked on a first of its kind four-plot timber frame care home for children.
With eight years experience as a quantity surveyor, Bray has a history of working across the construction industry from regeneration projects to high-end luxury properties throughout the South West and Midlands region.
