Clydesdale Bank is relaunching 75% – 90% loan-to-value (LTV) 2- and 5-year fixes for new customers aswell as its 80% LTV discounted offset products.
The lender will be relaunching its new customer 75% – 90% LTV 2- and 5-year fixed rates with £999 fee with rates starting from 5.69%.
New customer products
Its 80% LTV Ddscounted offset products will also be relaunched.
For product transfers 65% LTV rates with a £499 fee and fee saver options will be reduced by 0.10% and are now available from 5.54%.
