Centrick’s valuation team appointed to Pure panel

Property specialist Centrick has secured a panel appointment to work with Pure Panel Management in the West Midlands.

Pure Panel Management, which provides valuations for secured lending purposes for a number of first and second charge lenders as well as equity release and shared ownership, has brought Centrick’s valuation team on board.

Centrick chairman James Ackrill said: “Being appointed by Pure Panel Management represents a major vote of confidence in the very high quality valuation services we provide.

“Our highly experienced team is going from strength to strength and is driving the growth of our valuations business.”

Katherine Nolan MRICS, director and head of valuation at Centrick’s Birmingham headquarters, added: “Working alongside Pure Panel Management is another exciting opportunity for our team.

“We are looking forward to working with Pure and their panel lenders and we understand that the West Midlands is a major growth area for them.”

Newcastle-upon-Tyne-based Pure provides panel management services. Lenders appoint their panels, then lenders, lender approved brokers and packagers send valuation instructions to Pure.

The company manages the procurement of valuations, and other services as required, on the client’s behalf utilising the agreed panel of valuers.

Helen Scorer, operations director for Pure Panel Management, said: “We are delighted to be working with Centrick.”

Centrick’s valuation team works alongside major lenders including HSBC, Handlesbanken and Birmingham-based Greenfield Mortgages, and has a number of other panel appointments.

Centrick’s team of RICS registered valuers carries out ‘Red Book’ valuations for a range of clients including banks and other financial institutions, developers, housing associations, charities, property owners and private individuals across the West Midlands region.

It also works closely with other professionals including solicitors and accountants to service their clients’ requirements.
