On Thursday the 1st of December, Halifax is making a range of changes to its product range.
New remortgage products will be available with remortgage service, with free property assessment and standard legal costs included.
Additionally, there will also be rate reductions to existing Own Conveyancer option products with £250 cashback in place of standard legal costs – with a free property assessment included.
These changes also mark the return of “Free conveyancing” products to the range.
These changes will take immediate effect from tomorrow (Thursday the 1st of December) and products will be updated on the Halifax Intermediaries Online and sourcing systems.
In addition, Halifax advises that to secure existing product codes, interested parties should submit applications in full by 8pm on Wednesday the 30th of November.
