Fintech mortgage lender MPowered Mortgages has partnered with PRIMIS Mortgage Network, the UK’s second largest mortgage network.
PRIMIS advisers will now have access to MPowered Mortgages’ full range of residential mortgage products for prime borrowers.
MPowered’s prime residential products include 2-, 3-, 5-, 7- and 10-year fixed rate mortgages with recently reduced rates starting from 5.09%.
The range also includes its 85% loan-to-value (LTV) mortgage range, launched last month. Borrowers will also benefit from a free valuation on every application and a choice of no arrangement fee options. All remortgage applications benefit from £500 cashback.
