Spring Finance has appointed Wayne Fitzpatrick as a senior underwriter within the bridging team.
Fitzpatrick joins from MFS and brings with him considerable knowledge and experience, particularly within the non-regulated bridging space.
Since its launch into bridging less than 12 months ago, Spring has exceeded its growth targets by gaining a reputation for delivering a wide range of specialist bridging products which includes regulated and non-regulated loans, first and second charges, complex credit, heavy renovation and light development (both with stage drawdowns available).
Claire Newman, director of bridging, said: “Wayne adds considerable experience to our team and will play a key role in ensuring that our service levels remain high and we continue to act quickly and efficiently for our brokers and borrowers.
