Clydesdale Bank has launched a new exclusive 80% loan-to-value (LTV) product with £1,000 cashback for remortgage customers and it has also reduced rates on selected products.
The new exclusive remortgage deal at 80% LTV is a 2-year fixed rate at 4.74% with £1,499 fee, which comes with £1,000 cashback plus a free valuation.
Additionally, selected 80% – 90% LTV fixed rates have been reduced by up to 0.45%, and are now from 4.49%.
New 90% LTV fixed rate fee offers have also been launched from 4.79%.
Professional and Newly Qualified Professional 85% – 95% LTV fixed rates have been reduced by up to 0.60%, and exclusive £1-£2m 65% – 75% LTV fixed rates with £1,999 fee have been reduced by up to 0.11%.
Selected £1m+ 65% – 85% LTV fixed rates have been reduced by up to 0.39%, and are now from 4.24%, while buy-to-let 60% – 75% LTV fixed rates have been reduced by up to 0.50%, now from 4.60%.
As for the lender’s product transfer range, selected 65% – 95% LTV fixed rates have reduced by up to 0.60%, Professional and Newly Qualified Professional 85% – 95% LTV fixed rates have been reduced by up to 0.60%, and exclusive £1-£2m 65% – 75% LTV fixed rates with £999 fee have been reduced by up to 0.11%.
Selected £1m+ 65% – 85% LTV fixed rates have been reduced by up to 0.39%, and are now from 4.24%, while buy-to-let 60% – 75% LTV fixed rates have been reduced by up to 0.50%, now from 4.60%.
Richard Walker, head of intermediary sales at Virgin Money, said: “We have expanded our exclusive product range with the launch of a 2-year fixed remortgage 80% LTV product.
“This comes with £1,000 cashback plus a free valuation.
“This and our current 5-year fixed rate product gives customers the option to choose their own solicitors, and having security of rate over the shorter term.
“We’ve also reintroduced our 90% LTV fee saver rates to help those customers with a smaller deposit, alongside making reductions to the majority of our existing product range.”
These new rates will show on all sourcing systems and online application systems from today.
