LendInvest has formed a new partnership with PRIMIS Mortgage Network that will enable members of the network to access all LendInvest product lines.
PRIMIS is a mortgage network that offers exclusive loan products to its members.
The partnership means PRIMIS members can now access LendInvest’s new Residential Homeowner range, as well as its buy-to-let and bridging products.
LendInvest’s residential mortgage product is its first entry into the UK homeowner mortgage market, and it is designed for borrowers with multiple sources of income, the self-employed, and small-business owners.
LendInvest’s proprietary technology platform will be used to make the mortgage experience simpler and faster for homeowners.
Sophie Mitchell-Charman (pictured) at LendInvest said that the partnership with PRIMIS is an exciting new chapter for the company, and they are looking forward to seeing how it grows in 2023.
Vikki Jefferies, proposition director for PRIMIS, added that the partnership will enable brokers to identify the best product for their customers and provide a more tailored service.
