Lifetime mortgage lender, Pure Retirement, has seen over 1,000 customers register and use its online account management platform, MyPure, in under five months.
The platform, which was launched in October 2022, enables customers to self-manage various elements of their lifetime mortgages, including viewing account balances and transactions, downloading documents such as annual statements, applying for cash release, setting up recurring payments, and submitting queries to Pure Retirement.
The majority of MyPure registrants have been joint lives plan holders, meaning that total customer engagement sits at over 1,700.
The lender plans to use this initial phase as a springboard to more comprehensive customer engagement and promotion.
Simon Hayton (pictured), chief operating officer, said the take-up validates Pure Retirement’s approach and affords the lender a strong foundation on which to continue enhancing and developing MyPure.
