Virgin Money has introduced a new live chat service for brokers to get in touch with the bank quickly regarding an existing case or new application.
The service aims to provide a faster and more efficient way for brokers to communicate with the bank.
Brokers can use the live chat service to get updates on existing cases or discuss new applications with Virgin Money’s UK-based colleagues, who have the experience and expertise to answer their questions without having to call the bank.
The Live Chat service is available from 9.30am to 4pm, Monday to Friday, and brokers are required to have their FCA number handy to use the service.
Additionally, brokers can save a copy of the chat for their compliance records.
