OSB Group has promoted Samantha Brain (pictured) to the role of external business development manager (BDM) for the central region.
Previously an office-based BDM, Brain has been with the specialist lender since 2019 and will now join the field-based BDM network, providing support to brokers and their clients with financial solutions from Precise Mortgages and Kent Reliance for Intermediaries.
Brain’s background includes experience as a broker and CeMap qualification, along with four years as an office-based BDM.
James Forth, head of sales at Precise Mortgages and Kent Reliance for Intermediaries, expressed delight at Brain’s appointment: “The knowledge and expertise she brings from her role as office-based BDM will not only help to strengthen relationships but knowledge of internal processes and teams means she is perfectly placed to help support brokers throughout their lending journeys.”
