Adam Tyler joins Black & White Bridging as director of intermediaries

Specialist lender, Black & White Bridging, has announced the appointment of Adam Tyler (pictured) as its new director of intermediaries. Tyler will be responsible for leading new business development.

Tyler has spent over thirty years in commercial finance and over eighteen years looking after commercial finance brokers.

He joins Black & White after setting up and running the specialist property finance industry trade body FIBA (Financial Intermediary & Brokers Association) over the past five years.

More recently, he has been instrumental in setting up the industry qualification, the Certified Practitioner in Specialist Finance (CPSP) and will continue to monitor its progress and development.

Tyler said: “My background was in the specialist property lending space and having been a broker before this and also during recent times, I am looking forward to using my experience and contacts to help the business expand further.

“As a lender, Black & White has shown itself to be innovative and forward thinking and is destined to become one of the premier lenders in the industry.”

Damien Druce, commercial director at Black & White, said: “We are delighted to have Adam on board. His experience will be invaluable in developing our proposition and taking it to the intermediary market, as we continue to expand our offering.”

Druce also revealed that Tyler’s appointment is the first of three senior appointments Black & White plans to announce this month, highlighting the firm’s ongoing expansion efforts.
