Catalyst, the short-term property finance lender, has appointed Kate Haas as its new marketing executive.
Haas’s role, a new position in the company, will encompass the artworking and creation of marketing communications designed to drive business growth and reach new intermediaries and property professionals.
With nearly two decades of marketing experience under her belt, Haas has proven herself in the property sector, providing artworking services for property companies such as Berkeley Homes, Crest Nicholson, Redrow, London Square, and Thakeham Homes.
Anna Bennett, marketing director at Catalyst, shared her enthusiasm for Haas’s appointment, stating: “Kate brings with her a wealth of property artworking skills. Both her creative portfolio and her energy impressed me during her interview. We clicked immediately, and I knew she would be a great asset to the team.”
In addition to Haas’s artworking responsibilities, Bennett revealed plans to coach her in various aspects of Catalyst’s marketing, including data, email campaigns, digital marketing, and public relations. “With Kate onboard,” Bennett continued, “I’m looking forward to producing heaps of exciting campaigns and communications as we grow Catalyst’s lending platform to the next level.”
Equally excited, Haas expressed her eagerness about the opportunities offered by her new role. She recently relocated from Kent to Dorset, and is keen to join Catalyst’s team. “There is scope within this role to utilise my existing skills as well as learn more about other areas of marketing and build my skillset,” Haas said.
She also expressed her admiration for the company’s values and distinctive approach, adding: “I felt they would be a great company to work for. I dropped Anna (marketing director) a message on LinkedIn and now here I am!”
