Following recent business growth, Roma Finance has appointed leadership team.
With the recent appointment of Michael Allison to commercial director, the new team has been formed to frame and execute the business strategy with the prime focus being the partner and borrower journey.
Senior leaders, Lorraine Hart, head of credit & risk and Deborah Chaplain, head of collections are now joined by Adam Bates, business architect, Charlotte Rutter, head of marketing & comms as well as newly promoted Lisa Toner, sales operations manager and Tina Parry, customer services manager.
Roma is firm on its dedication to people growth and providing opportunities internally.
These new appointments will put the intensity behind its exciting plans for 2023 and beyond.
