Accord Mortgages upgrades website to improve broker experience

Accord Mortgages, the intermediary lender, has launched a newly improved website in a bid to facilitate a more seamless experience for brokers operating in a swiftly evolving marketplace.

The revamped site promises rapid, efficient access to vital information ranging from product specifications to lending criteria.

This upgrade is the result of comprehensive research conducted with multiple intermediaries across the UK. Their feedback and requirements guided the enhancement of self-service access to product and criteria information.

Nicola Alvarez (pictured), Accord’s senior manager for distribution, expressed her optimism about the updated website. She referred to it as a “one-stop shop” brimming with everything brokers require to provide unrivalled service to their clients.

Alvarez said: “We hope the improved website will act as a one-stop shop featuring everything brokers need to provide the best possible service to their clients.” She further explained the benefits of the self-service features: “They can now self-serve and perform searches to get to key information much more quickly, freeing up their valuable time amidst a rapidly changing market environment where their services are more in demand than ever.”

Alvarez underscored the fact that enabling brokers to access as much information as possible independently not only boosts efficiency but also improves response times from their business development managers (BDMs) and telephone and webchat support teams, thereby facilitating their handling of more complex queries.
