Aldermore has promoted both Craig Beattie and James Young to the role of national sales manager in its property division.
Beattie and Young were promoted to lead Aldermore’s in-field relationship managers, helping to serve brokers and clients across the country.
Beattie’s main responsibilities include managing and developing the field-based sales team in the North, with Young doing likewise for the South.
Both Beattie and Young will also lead on implementing broker-focused propositions for their respective teams.
These appointments were the latest in a series of strategic people changes from Aldermore – earlier this month, Nicola Goldie joined as head of strategic partnerships and growth, bolstering the lender’s senior leadership team.
