Bath Building Society has withdrawn selected products from its residential and Rent a Room ranges.
The products being withdrawn from market include a 80% 5-year fixed at 5.19%, a 95% 5-year fixed rate at 5.49% and an 85% 5-year fixed rate product at 5.69%.
According to the Society, any applications with a decision in principle approved will have until 5pm on Friday 16th June to submit their full mortgage application.
This response comes as a host of other lenders have been forced to withdraw products due to the ongoing volatility within the market.
