Connect for Intermediaries Network has bolstered its lending panel with the appointment of Finanze Capital, the lending arm of property finance solutions firm, Finanze Group.
Finanze Capital will now be offering its bridging and development products to Connect’s 300 Appointed Representatives (ARs).
Finanze Capital was launched in 2023 with the primary aim to provide bespoke lending solutions in an unstable market.
The company has now sealed a one-year deal with Connect for Intermediaries, making its custom financial solutions exclusively available via the network (excluding directly authorised brokers).
Finanze Capital’s product range is marked by its features, including Hunter Licence revolving credit facilities, title split products for multiple properties, bridging loans with guaranteed exits, and experience bridge loans that provide foreign nationals the opportunity to buy property and improve future lending rates, regardless of having a credit history.
Finanze Capital’s founder, Alastair Hoyne, said: “Our specialty lies in providing unique options that are not readily available elsewhere in the market.
“Collaborating with Connect for Intermediaries allows us to make these solutions accessible to a wider audience.
“Like us, the network is dedicated to aiding individuals in finding the best possible finance options. This exclusive arrangement empowers us to work together to yield better outcomes for all involved parties.”
Kevin Thomson, sales director at Connect for Intermediaries, added: “Our network prides itself on offering firms an array of choices regarding how they wish to operate and expand their business under a compliant structure.
“We provide unwavering support in facilitating their growth plans. Having collaborated with Finanze Group for several years, we are confident that the addition of their new lending arm, Finanze Capital, to our panel will prove beneficial for our ARs and brokers utilising our packaging services.
“With an expanded product choice, our brokers can ensure that their clients are offered the most suitable financial solution for their circumstances, aligning with Connect’s fundamental core value.”
