e.surv academy graduates record 100% pass rate

100% of e.surv’s 2022 academy graduates have become AssocRICS qualified.

The AssocRICS programme aims to open up the survey and valuation industry to a broader base of talent, open to those either changing career or joining the industry after graduation.

The programme takes place over 13 months, and includes weekly classroom training, field trips and shadowing experienced surveyors.

e.surv doubled the number of AssocRICS assessment qualification windows in 2022 to ensure more trainees had the opportunity to become certified residential surveyors.

The newly graduated trainees were supported through their training sessions and the submission process by technical partners Kevan Dean, Kevin Keane, Karen Kent and Khushboo Rathor, as well as senior technical partner Andrew McIvor.

Steve Goodall (pictured), managing director at e.surv, said: “Our training programme is a hugely important investment both for our graduates and the company.

“The number of graduates we have enrolled in the qualification over the last decade demonstrates our commitment and is testimony to all their hard work.”

He added: “We are all incredibly happy for them and they thoroughly deserve their designation.

“They are now ready to pursue their careers in surveying armed with some of the very best experience and expertise available.”

Since its inception in 2013, e.surv’s programme has delivered more than 350 AssocRICS surveyors.
