e.surv, the national chartered surveyors firm, has announced a considerable expansion and extension of its long-standing relationship with Virgin Money.
In a new development, e.surv is set to act as the sole panel manager for both the Clydesdale Bank and Virgin Money brands.
The firm will also handle the majority of the Bank’s desktop and mortgage valuation needs. This collaboration aims to support innovation in this crucial element of the mortgage application process.
Richard Sexton, director of business development at e.surv, spoke about the firm’s long-term relationship with both Clydesdale Bank and Virgin Money. “When the combined business wanted to review its valuation arrangements as part of its wider rationalisation and moderation projects, we were pleased to be engaged to explore this opportunity,” Sexton said.
Virgin Money’s valuation strategy manager, Hardeep Nagra, also expressed enthusiasm for the evolved partnership. “Over the years e.surv have demonstrated a flexible and innovative approach to delivering our property assessment needs. We are looking forward to evolving the service further to ensure a truly best in class experience for our customers and the brokers who support them,” Nagra stated.
