Glenhawk has launched its second free valuation promotion of 2023 following a record month of lending in May, with £54m of loan completions.
Under the promotion, Glenhawk will cover borrower valuation fees up to £2,500 (inclusive of VAT) for new unregulated bridging applications up to £3m in value. The offer is valid for applications received between 26th June and 31st August 2023.
The initiative comes in response to market feedback and addresses the increased financing considerations faced by property investors, developers, and homeowners involved in property acquisitions and refurbishment projects.
May marked a record month of lending and loan completions for Glenhawk. The company saw a 47% increase in loan completions compared to the previous record month, and enquiries rose by 34%.
