MPowered Mortgages and The Family Building Society are the latest lenders to withdraw and reprice products following weeks of volatility within the market.
MPowered informed brokers that it will withdraw its current 5-year residential fixed-rate products at midnight tonight (30th June).
Repriced rates will be available to brokers and borrowers from tomorrow, Saturday 1st July.
The Family Building Society confirmed the temporary withdrawal of its 5-year fixes, in line with Nationwide’s announcement yesterday that it would be repricing its 5-year products at 5.44%.
These changes come amidst increasing pressure on lenders to withdraw products due to rising swap rates.
