Santander has reintroduced its residential and buy-to-let (BTL) new business ranges.
This comes following their temporary withdrawal on Monday, June 12th.
The new range includes options for both fixed and tracker rates.
In conjunction with the reintroduction, Santander has also announced increases to all residential and BTL fixed rates in their product transfer range.
Residential fixed rates are set to see an increase between 0.30% and 0.69%.
Meanwhile, all buy-to-let rates are increasing by 0.20%
