Takeover talks between Smoove and Pexa have been extended once more as the pair remain locked in discussions.
Australian firm Pexa has been in talks about a takeover of Smoove since April 2023.
Smoove has now confirmed that the Takeover Panel has agreed to a further extension.
The Aussie giant now has until 17:00 on the 14th of July to either announce an offer or decline to make a bid.
A statement from Smoove read: “There can be no certainty either that an offer will be made nor as to the terms of any offer, if made.
“A further announcement will be made as and when appropriate.”
