Later life sourcing platform Advise Wise has added a new sourcing feature, designed to promote a high Energy Performance Certificate (EPC) rating and offer free EPC evaluations.
The EPC is a measure of a house’s energy efficiency and environmental impact.
By focusing on EPC ratings, Advise Wise aimed to encourage sustainable sourcing practices and empower businesses to make environmentally conscious decisions.
Advise Wise introduced an EPC Scoring System, refining its proprietary algorithm to provide advisers with the ability to input their rating in the optional underwriting information before the sourcing session, to see enhanced green products for customers in the search results.
In order to support and incentivise sustainable energy, the platform was also updated to show products that offer a limited-time free EPC evaluation.
