Assetz Capital supports barn conversion project in Millbrook, Bedfordshire

Finance provider Assetz Capital has partnered with Healdan, a property development and construction business, for a barn conversion project in Millbrook, Bedfordshire.

The project will see six agricultural barns transformed into homes.

The deal includes a £3,150,000 loan from Assetz Capital to Healdan, led by experienced developer Anne-Marie Lobo. The 12-month loan has a loan-to-gross development value (LTGDV) of 65%.

Healdan, which has a history of delivering quality residential projects, plans to convert the barns into modern homes.
