Specialist finance digital marketplace Brickflow has launched Brickflow Enterprise, an embedded finance solution created for commercial property finance brokers.
Clients can plug the white-labelled version of Brickflow’s existing platform into their own or a partner’s website, and connect with 80-plus lenders in under 60 seconds.
The tool can also be used to process applications in under 30 minutes, secure a decision in principle (DIP), and receive the contact details of every borrower who uses the tool to search for finance.
Brickflow Enterprise can be added to auction and agent sites, finding development land and funding it, while enabling brokers to expand their reach.
The tool is also compatible with any marketing channel, including LinkedIn, Instagram, Twitter and Facebook, and can be embedded into emails or brochures via a QR code.
More than 120 specialist brokerage firms use the Brickflow platform, and more than 20% have signed up to Enterprise, including Wharf Financial, ABC Finance and South West Business Finance.
Enterprise is also used by On The Market, Nimbus Maps and The Land Site, and endorsed by industry associations The National Association of Commercial Finance Brokers (NACFB) and The Financial Intermediary and Broker Association (FIBA).
Ian Humphreys, founder and CEO of Brickflow, said: “Embedded finance is a concept we use in daily life; think E-wallets like PayPal or Klarna, Shopify or purchasing insurance alongside products or services.
“Forbes says embedded finance is ‘the dominant trend in Fintech in 2023’ and OpenPayed predicts the global market will be worth $7.2 trillion by 2030.
“Now we’ve brought embedded finance to the CRE market, putting clients at the forefront of the digital finance market.
“And by white-labelling our solution, brokers and their partners can give customers an easy-to-use comparison platform, enhance their experience, receive more qualified leads and spend less time on administration.
“The technology is there, and the overwhelming feedback we get from brokers and their customers is that this is a massive step forward for them and their businesses.
“Essentially, brokers now have the chance to go digital overnight.”
Marc Champ, managing director at Wharf Financial, added: ‘We embedded Brickflow Enterprise into our website just three weeks ago and have since received a 10% increase in qualified leads and secured DIPs for our clients amounting to £3.5m.
“Having this technology available for our business and the industry as a whole will transform the borrowing process for the better.”
As well as access to development finance loans from 40 lenders, Brickflow Enterprise customers also have exclusive access to bridging loans from more than 40 lenders.
Access to bridging finance for non-Enterprise users will follow by the end of the year.
