Davon, a specialist provider of mezzanine finance to residential and mixed-use developers, has promoted Michelle Santos to the role of associate director.
With a wide remit including finance, administration and legal, Santos has been involved in a wide range of Davon deals, spanning from £100,000 to £3m.
Some of her previous work includes evaluating applications and drafting proposal documents.
Santos has worked at Davon for the last seven years, and has more than 20 years of administration and office management experience.
