Gatehouse Bank has promoted Thomas Humphreys to the role of lead telephony business development manager (BDM), and Tyler Sullivan to business development manager.
Humphreys has over 10 years’ experience in the financial services industry, having joined the bank in 2019 as a case manager, before being promoted to a telephony BDM.
The role will entail building a strong working relationships with brokers and introducers by providing a high quality telephony service.
He will also support the day-to-day management of the telephony business development team by assisting with workload distribution and conducting call listening quality control.
Humphreys said: “I’m very pleased to have been promoted to the role of lead telephony business development manager and am looking forward to taking on more responsibility within the team.
“With its unique product offering and growing customer base, Gatehouse Bank continues to make strong progress.
“I look forward to continuing to help grow the business and help brokers with complex home finance enquiries while raising awareness of the Bank’s criteria, products, and unique selling points.”
Sullivan joined Gatehouse Bank in 2018 as a case manager, moving over to the sales team as a telephony business development manager in 2020.
His role will cover areas across the Midlands, East Anglia, the South West and the South East, including Watford and Enfield.
He will support business growth by helping with new enquiries, contacting potential leads and hosting meetings.
Sullivan said: “I am very much looking forward to taking on a new role at Gatehouse Bank as business development manager.
“I really enjoy making new connections with brokers and raising awareness of our Shariah-compliant residential property finance products.
“Explaining our finance structure in comparison to a conventional mortgage provides an insight to brokers and helps them view Gatehouse Bank as an excellent alternative option for many of their clients.”
