JMT Finance has been awarded the title of Best Newcomer at the Empire Commercial Finance Summer Awards.
The event took place at DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel & Spa Chester and included a charity auction which raised a substantial amount of money for SEED Eating Disorder Support Services, Claire House Children’s Hospice, and St Luke’s Cheshire Hospice.
Winning this award represents the culmination of the first three and a half years in business for JMT Finance, who has seen business volumes rise significantly over the past 18 months.
This also follows the recent extension of its lending proposition into the bridging finance sector through the launch of a bridging loan which is available up to 80% loan-to-value (LTV) with rates set from 1.20% per month.
